All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1 June 2009
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the weight of the products chosen, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from receipt of payment, and shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments via our online store, or alternatively customers can download an order form from the website. Payments options on the order form are Visa and Mastercard, cheque, or direct debit. Confirmation of your payment is needed prior to shipping your order.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
At Byron Beans we roast our home grown coffee to order so you can be sure your coffee will arrive FRESH, within days of roasting and at its best for drinking. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to fulfil your order within 2 days of payment, we will notify you within 2 days to arrange an agreeable postage date or a full refund.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. For coffee purchases you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods arrive in a damaged condition, don't meet your expectations, or are different to the product purchased on the website. |
