Customer Service Policy
At Byron Beans we roast our home grown coffee to order so you can be sure your coffee will arrive FRESH, within days of roasting and at its best for drinking. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to fulfil your order within 2 days of payment, we will notify you within 2 days to arrange an agreeable postage date or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. For coffee purchases you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods arrive in a damaged condition, don’t meet your expectations, or are different to the product purchased on the website.
